I X I BLOWLY, is the ultimate shallow assault crankbait and third creation from the I×I project born from the combined insight of Katsutaka Imae and Yuki Ito.
Equipped with Ito’s signature hydrodynamic theory (PAT.P) deployed in the FURIOUS series, BLOWLY features a fat-bodied profile that stirs the super-shallow zone with an fever-pitch retrieve action. This is no ordinary crank—it’s a veritable shockwave generator, designed to rattle the instincts of bass lurking anywhere near the retrieve line, forcing reaction bites from even the most indifferent feeders.

At any retrieve speed, the I×I BLOWLY delivers a high-frequency pitch that outdoes even classic balsa crankbaits. Its distinct performance stems from the fusion of two critical elements:
• Expanded frontal surface area that enhances visual and vibrational presence
• Patented water-through structural design that amplifies action and hydrodynamic control

Though it runs in the super-shallow range, BLOWLY provokes aggressive chase bites from bass rising out of deeper zones or approaching from lateral angles in open water. The result is a nonstop, high-alert game, where strikes come from every direction—vertical or horizontal—without warning.
 

BLOWLY’s water-through system leverages advanced hydrodynamics to radically control both action and running depth.

As water enters through the head intake during retrieve, it’s compressed inside the body and thereby accelerated—intensifying vibration pitch while stabilizing the lure’s linear trajectory. At high speeds, dual ducts under the gill plates expel water downward, generating lift that counteracts diving force to keep BLOWLY in its target range.
